DOCK CAFE BANQUET INFORMATION

The Dock Cafe dining rooms offer the ambience that will make any event special. Our scenic views of the St. Croix River Valley will enhance your small wedding, grooms dinner, graduation party or business meeting. Combined with our wonderful food and professional service, your event is sure to be a success.

The Dock Cafe offers a choice of two rooms and can accommodate up to 55 people. Please note – there are times during our high volume summer season that we do not offer private party accommodations.

Groups of 25 or more are required to reserve a private room.

RESERVATION FEE: A $100.00 non-refundable room charge is required at the time of booking. A room minimum charge may apply.

CONFIRMATION: Dock Cafe requires your menu choices and a guest count two weeks in advance of your event. A guaranteed guest count is required one week in advance. The guaranteed number of guests is what Dock Cafe will charge for. This number may go up, but not down.

MENU: You may choose three to four entrees to offer your group from our banquet menu (below). We will then customize a personal menu for you. Pricing and menu selections may change without notice due to availability. It is your responsibility to re-confirm selections and prices before your event. All food and beverages,(with the exclusion of professionally made wedding cakes) must be purchased through the Cafe. Absolutely no food or beverages may be brought in. All events are subject to 18% gratuity and sales tax.

BAR: Dock Cafe can offer a host bar or a cash bar. Dock Cafe reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone. No alcohol may be brought in.

LINENS AND FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS - Linens are available at the cost of $4.00 per tablecloth. Cloth napkins are provided free of charge. Dock Cafe does work with local florists for special arrangements. Payments for this will be handled between you and the florist.

PAYMENTS: Full payment must be made at the conclusion of your event unless arrangements are made prior. Cash, checks and all major credit cards are accepted.

CARIBBEAN PORK TENDERLOIN - $27.
Caribbean jerk pork tenderloin grilled and topped with mango chutney and and fresh pineapple, served with mashed potatoes

Large butterflied shrimp with roasted red peppers in a spicy creole cream sauce tossed with fusilli pasta

Scallops and shrimp tossed with fresh spinach, asparagus, roasted tomatoes and linguine in a light lemon alfredo sauce

All dinners are served with a crisp green salad and your choice of our homemade dressings and French bread.

One non-alcoholic beverage is also included (coffee, tea, soda or milk)

*Soup and Caesar salad is available for an additional charge.

STEAK SALAD - $23. thinly sliced top sirloin tossed with mixed greens, fresh berries, blue cheese and toasted walnuts in port vinaigrette

GRILLED SCALLOP SALAD - $23. mixed greens, grilled asparagus, fried leeks and mango tossed in champagne vinaigrette, topped with grilled scallops

CURRIED CHICKEN - $20. chunks of yogurt baked chicken tossed with red grapes in a curried cream dressing, garnished with homemade pumpkin bread

CHICKEN CAESAR - $20. romaine and garlic croutons tossed in our homemade dressing and topped with grated parmesan, cherry tomatoes, anchovies and grilled chicken
